The Balanced Bariatric Nutrition Academy’s group coaching program is a great way to set the foundations for your new life!

It includes:

  • a 1:1 onboarding call with Haley

  • weekly group coaching calls

  • weekly food log review

  • over 13 self-paced modules with video trainings, bariatric guides and worksheets

  • sample meal plans for each post-op stage

  • restaurant menu support

  • 4 months of progressive workouts

  • a private Facebook community for questions, support and accountability

  • Access to Haley Monday - Friday

Not only do you have me coaching you through this, you have the support from other women who understand and can relate to exactly what you are going through!

If you’re pre-op or within your first year post-op: Group coaching calls are held Thursdays at 12 pm EST.

If you’re beyond 1 year post-op: Group coaching calls are held Wednesdays at 12 pm EST.

This program is a 4-12 month commitment because new habits are not formed overnight, and I want to make sure I am with you until your new habits feel like a normal part of your routine.

Group coaching starts at $347 per month.

bbn academy hybrid

My most popular coaching option! It’s the best of both worlds! In this option you get everything in BBN Academy group coaching plus a monthly 1:1 call!

This is a 4-12 month program but you are certainly welcome to stay longer!

Hybrid coaching starts at $497 per month.

bbn academy 1:1 coaching

1:1 coaching is the highest level of coaching that I offer!

This is for any stage pre or post-op for those who are looking for 1-on-1 support and accountability.

You’ll work with me to create a plan that works for you and your lifestyle.

It includes:

  • 1:1 coaching calls (bi-weekly or monthly)

  • weekly check-ins

  • weekly food log review

  • over 13 self-paced modules with video trainings, bariatric guides and worksheets

  • sample meal plans for each stage

  • restaurant menu support

  • 4 months of progressive workouts

  • unlimited text support with Haley Monday-Friday

This program is a minimum 6 month commitment because new habits are not formed overnight, and I want to make sure I am with you until your new habits feel like a normal part of your routine!

1:1 coaching starts at $447 per month.

I was immediately drawn to Haley when I found her on IG. Honest, compassionate and real. She’s all about helping you make sustainable, realistic, healthy lifestyle changes to meet your personal goals. I’m post-op gastric bypass, had surgery in March 2020. As a 1:1 client she helped me in a variety of ways- from providing me with high protein snack choices, to guiding me on intuitive eating, to helping me work through my emotional relationship with food. She truly cares and even though our 1:1 time is over I know she’s there if I need her and she continues to inspire me daily through her stories and posts.

I began meeting with Haley in September 2020, she was so warm and receptive during our first zoom meeting, taking the time to discuss what my goals were, personal barriers/struggles, and my past issues regarding diet, exercise, and weight management. She suggested I focus on eating more balanced and complete meals at regular intervals to help stabilize my energy and moods, providing specific suggestions based on my lifestyle, preferences, and allergies. She helped me understand what it felt like to listen to my body as opposed to the number of calories I had been allotting myself each day. Haley is a rare combination of extremely educated and knowledgeable while providing emotional validation and support.

  • I have a few different coaching options and it truly depends on what would be the best fit based on where you are at in your journey! You can read about my coaching options here. Still unsure? Apply here and we can chat about it together!

  • I require a 4 month minimum commitment, but many of my clients spend at least 9-12 months with me, depending on their goals!

  • I work with my clients to come up with a plan that works for them. This looks different for everyone! During our time together I will teach you how to create satisfying meals and snacks that meet your needs so that you are able to do this on your own as well! In my client portal you have access to tons of meal/snack ideas and recipes!

  • Many of my clients choose to track their food! However it is not required. We will come up with a system that works best for you!

  • Absolutely! All of my clients in BBN Academy get highly individualized feedback and support. This includes individual food log review, weekly check-ins, 1:1 text support between sessions and every client is able to ask their own questions on the group calls!
